I suspect it depends
A whole lot of factors will show up in the price. Like how much refinishing is desired? Complete neck refinish or something less? Does the neck need to be removed to do the work? To do the finishing? If the neck has to come off, how is the neck attached? Dovetail, m&t, bolt-and-glue, bolts alone?
