Seems like a real challenge. Keep in mind if you use an exact template of the body to cut the top it might end up being short where the bevel goes down from the bend.

I think i will bend it before rough cutting the shape on the bandsaw. Or leave some extra on that area and then fit it to a body. Maybe a plexiglass bent template (that fits in all the bodies) could work. The edge of that area will be around 2 centimeter lower the soundboard level in a gradual slope. I guess that would make the soundboard around 3 millimter too short if you would cut it from a flat template...
I have now glued 7 soundboard and they all have 1 coat of protective clearcoat, but i haven`t cut anything out yet, i am still to scared to do that before i have made some composite bodies, it would be a disaster if it`s too small...
