Yeah, I find that odd too, but it seems to happen with other brands as well. My Marshall doesn't even document what voltage their PP is. I had to contact them directly to ask the question. If I remember correctly I believe they said 12V. And my old Kustom has something like 3V PP.!! Really?!! Turns out my condenser mic works just fine with either.

Regardless, I'm a little annoyed hearing about this new Mesa amp. I was intending in a couple of months to purchase a second Marshall AS50D to play through using my ABY box. Now I'm torn. I really like the AS50D and the Mesa is more than double the cost of the Marshall, but seems like one heck of an amp.
