Since I live so far out in the boondocks and concert tickets have gotten so pricey, I've taken a shine to collecting concert videos instead.

And, while I can't vouch for blue ray, I agree that when they take the care to make a nice job of it in HD with great audio, it really takes the experience to a whole new dimension. I like a number of those already mentioned, but the quality just isn't there. If that's a criteria, I'd add my vote for the following:

John Bonamassa 'Live at the Royal Albert Hall'

Jeff Beck - Live at Ronnie Scott's (wow)

Talking Heads, Stop Making Sense (uhuhhhh, and, yeah, they did it first)

Alison Krauss & Union Station - Live

(I"ll also begrudgingly add John Mayer - Where the Light Is...begrudgingly because - call me crazy - I always want to slap him, is it just me???)

and I'd add these to the list:

Neil Young - Heart of Gold

Peter Gabriel - Growing Up (and Secret World)

The Cult - Music Without Fear

Porcupine Tree - Arriving Somewhere

Dave Matthews & Tim Reynolds - Live at Radio City

David Gilmour - Live in Gdansk

Diana Krall - Live in Paris

Roy Orbison & Friends - Black & White Night

Foo Fighters - Live at Wembly Stadium

Bruce Springsteen - Live in New York City
