Hey Mike! First, my apologies. I actually did start listening to this a while back and my first thought was that it was about 1/2 the tempo of the original and I bailed. That's on me. I suck as a listener!
Hey, I'm being honest.
I need to listen for what you (whoever is presenting) are trying to do, and not listen for 'reproduction' of the original.
The guitar work is excellent here, and the vocals are (as expected) very full. There is a spectrum of frequencies where vocals can live comfortably with the instrument, and it seems like Ron is very gifted at blending that sonic space.
Keep going! This is really good stuff!
