I just carefully removed this from my Lakewood Baritone....it's minus the Nanomag as it was literally embedded in the neck and un-removable.
This is a great sounding setup - the UST is more like the Baggs Element in looks, but kills it tonally - I was actually a little shocked in how good it is (maybe due in part to the preamp?)
The Nanomags are 40.00 on the Shadow site, so you could have a nice dual source system if you chose for little money. You can tell these are very well made - German engineering is typically pretty good!
I saved one of the wire holders and put a fresh piece of double sided tape on it, I didn't bother doing that to the preamp as you'll have to fit it to your particular guitars bracing around the sound hole.
