If I was a guitar manufacturer, I would want Elderlys in my dealer stable. Somehow Gibson got into a "legal court snit" with the Lansing dealer about 10 years ago and faded from the offerings other than used stuff once in a while.
Gibson seems to be an excellent example of what NOT to do in marketing. I still like Gibson stuff from "back in the day" and they come up second in doing great Sunbursts!
