Default Revised again, pictures added

With over 350 views, it appears that some folks like looking at this wood,
so I thought I’d add a few new pictures.

I realize this is a bit unusual.. meaning, if this was Spruce it would have a broader appeal.

In my limited experience,
Alaska Yellow Cedar gives a more mellow response compared to Sitka Spruce,
but not as subdued as Western Red Cedar, with its natural attenuation.
It’s kinda in-between those two, with a leaning more towards the Sitka tonally, but not as bright.

It is soft like WRC, yet stiff like SS.
It “works” predictably, but I had to be very careful during the build as it dents easily.
And it smells heavenly!

I was planning to use it again for my next build, but have some Adirondack Im going to put over Sapele instead.
One more build project, then I’m done, thus the sale.

Some dimensional pictures for your viewing pleasure.
First shows an average board thickness and end grain.
Other two show length and width.
