I'm not so sure that the FreeStudio is completely free from spyware/adware. In the user EULA, it says you are also agreeing to install the "
OpenCandy Network".
Some Googleing turns up mixed information. I still can't figure out if it's bad, or if it's a fair compromise for getting free software. So, just be aware that you might be getting a little extra with the install.
