I use my AC60 every week - both for a 'stand alone' PA in a coffee shop i play in, and then as a fold-back speaker for the larger pubs n clubs, where i'm using my Yamaha PA system, and simply take the 'monitor out' signal from the Yamaha desk to the Roland.
Absolutely brilliant for my needs - very versatile.
No, you're not getting a 'booming' bottom end or anything, but that's not what the amp was designed for. It's aimed at reproducing the frequency range of acoustic instruments, namely the acoustic guitar.
The Maton AP5 pickup sounds awesome through it, as does my LR.Baggs Deluxe I have installed in another guitar.
The 'shape' function button can add some very nice 'colour' to your guitar also, especially if you're using a below average pickup system.
All in all, a great package - simple to use, compact, comes with a great padded travel/gig bag, and stand mountable.
Works for me !
