When I had my THR5, I'd run the gain at 12 o'clock to start,
tone at 12 o'clock (you'll have a 3 band eq, so maybe start with all 3 bands at 12 o'clock), I preferred the lead channel, and a blend of reverb and delay. That's a good starting point. If you want a kind of gritty clean, try the crunch with the gain below 10 o'clock. If you like metal, you'll love the modern setting. I liked the ability to tap in the tempo for delay too.
