My pickup of choice is the Dazzo. It’s passive unless younpair it with a Sunnaudio Tone Driver.

The Dazzo is a SBT. It is glued on by epoxy and soon will have a rape option. Dazzos can be chosen to balance your guitars voice so the result is a balanced sound out of the speaker. No EQ needed to fix your sound before you have to adjust for taste. It is piezo based but it is surprisingly mic like. I like the fact that it amplifies the body taps as well.
