The low note on a standard tuning guitar is about 85Hz. There are some sub-harmonics (specially on a dread), but these are seldom heard through a PA system. Certainly a subwoofer or bass cabinet will not do much of anything for an acoustic guitar's live sound - systems like the Bose (and others) have a much higher crossover point (the little dome speakers are for high-mids and treble), and the 'sub' is carrying the low-mids and bass.
If your current PA speakers don't have a good bottom end, consider getting some that do, unless you really want to swap out the whole system.
