Well, I have to second your second, Rick.
The form factor on the Spire may have some people thinking it is too simplistic, but the technology in it combined with the functional app makes it intuitive and functional. Of course, I don't have to tell you that.
Recording with the Spire allows me to have fun recording rather than fiddling with equipment.
