If you can find one, the Martin 000-18NB is an incredibly powerful guitar. It's 24.9" scale, 12 frets to the body. It has the standard OM size body; instead of extending the body to meet the neck at the 12th fret like most Martin 12-fretters, the bridge is moved down further below the sound hole. I like the fact that this means that when I reach for a first position chord, it's like reaching between the first and second fret on a standard design. The only place it misses your spec is nut width, which is 1 13/16".

Martin only made ~150 of them, but they do show up now and then here or on the Martin forum. They are much sought after and usually sell very quickly.

I'm fortunate to own one for about six years now. I had my wife make me a couple of large quilts to hang on the walls of my 8' x 10' guitar room and added a rug to absorb some of the sound as this thing actually hurt my ears when I played it hard.
