SOLD - I'm the second owner of this fine vintage 1970 Martin. I bought it in 1980 and has been my main acoustic for many decades. It has a dual transducer Trance Audio pickup installed and comes with the external preamp. If you are looking for the Jackson Browne and Neil Young acoustic tone, the Trance is the one.
The condition of the guitar is 'very good' by any standards and especially for a 52 year old guitar that has been lovingly played for so long. These early 70's Martins are known for sometimes having intonation issues and this was one of them. In 1998 I had my local Certified Martin Warranty repair shop make the correction by replacing the bridge, nut and saddle (original bridge included in the case). They also did a compression refret using original spec frets, and the stability, intonation, and playability has been bomber ever since.
The thin lacquer top is nicely checked naturally opening up the sound as one would expect. There is a repaired "B-string crack" and replaced pick guard.
Nut: 1.69"
1st Fret: .839"
9th Fret: .970"
String spacing at saddle: 2 3/16"
Case: Non-original genuine Martin case
Pickup: Trance Audio Amulet Stereo w/ both internal and external preamps and cable ($569 value!)
