Default New bridge pins - material

I have wasted a lot of time trying to determine the correct size bridge pins for my CA OX "Slick" but I have to move on. The OX is around 10 years old and now I know some changes have been made.
I will buy the largest commonly available pins and sand them as necessary for each pin hole.
I don't wish to start an argument here BUT what is the concensus on the bridge pin "material" for a carbor fiber guitar??? The saddle appears to be a synthetic material as well as the bridge and I think they are original. The pin holes had been enlarged and the original pins were replaced. Also a KnK pickup was installed.

Note! I prefer a bassey sound and not the highs. I wear hearing aids so, no doubt, my preferences are distorted.
