The guitar is in fantastic shape, with a couple marks in the finish, but I can't find anything that couldn't be polished out. There is a bit of noticable fret wear, but there is still loads, and loads of fret left. Nothing is needed. The action is perfect, at around 2.3mm on the low E, and there is more room for adjustment if needed in the future.
I'd be more than happy to examine the guitar on skype with a potential buyer.

14-fret OM body
Maple binding
Herringbone top trim and rosette
Ebony bridge, fretboard, and headplate
1 3/4" nut
2 1/4" spacing
25.5" scale*
I'm generally very intersted in trade offers for other higher end acoustic guitars, though I have just bought another guitar that I will be picking up in the USA during my trip, and I'm not sure about travelling home with two guitars. Send me your trade offers - for the right guitar I will make something happen!
Might be willing to add some cash for the right guitar. Feel free to contact me with suggestions.
