I just received a Kremona that does not hit all of your requirements, but there may be models that do. Mine is the Sophia with a custom spruce top, Rosette, without electronics. It has a short scale and a 1 7/8" nut width. I also have the Kremona KNA pickup which is very unobtrusive but I have yet to try it out. The Kremona site has great illustrations of the specifications of its various models.
