I put a set of D'Addario "titanium trebles" with dynacore basses on my guitar recently (after I first commented on this thread), and I agree. The settle-in time is very short.
I also really like the tone of this set. The last time I used the titanium trebles I hated the G string. I almost didn't want to try them again, but I had another set and didn't want to waste it. This time the G is very nice, but the low E sounds dull after a couple weeks (sounded great when new). Overall, a good set of strings for cheap and with a very fast settle-in time.
The intonation on this particular set isn't perfect, though. I don't pre-stretch my strings, so that isn't the issue. Usually I get virtually perfect intonation with D'Addario strings, but this set is a little off on a couple strings.
