PRS Customer Service
I posted in the acoustic forum, but I believe PRS is noted more so electrics, so I’m posting here also!
I have a SE Tonare P20, which is an entry level parlor guitar which I bought new about 2 years ago.
While tuning the “A” string, the tuner button broke. On a lark, I called PRS Customer service. To my shock and amazement, a real live person answered the phone on the second ring! No multiple menu options!!!
This woman listened to my issue and was very supportive and knowledgeable! When I completed my little talk, she simply said (in excellent English), “we have replaced those tuners with vintage type tuners with ebony colored buttons and I will ship you a new set, free of charge. They will go out today and a tracking number will be provided “!
Two days later they were at my door!
Hats off to PRS for exceptional service!!!
If needed, I would expect you electric players get the same service!!
