Yikes , They were " as expected " when I bought my Blueridge BR180A . I had to replace the bridge right off the bat but that was my call as they did have another model . This guitar had the tone ! Best I heard to date so I was not letting it go .
I hope they work it out with you , Customer service is a make or break deal for me .
