Today's pics. The first one I really didn't understand so I asked Jeremy. He said
"all the nails are doing is applying gentle side pressure to the purfling line running around the scoop...sort of like little fingers holding everything in place. Considering there is a big block (to support the scoop) the nails work beautifully".
