This is really interesting. The fall-away is neat. The saddle-less bridge is really interesting. Could you describe how the pins work in more detail? It looks like a regular bridge with pins with a larger top and a slot cut to act as a saddle. I'd have thought that wouldn't necessarily couple well to the soundboard but from the video it sounds really nice and resonant.
