I hold my pick with my thumb and middle finger, so the grip and angle are a little different. I adjust as I play, depending on the effect I want to achieve, including positioning my index and ring fingers along the side of the pick to provide some additional rigidity.
I'm mostly playing 1.0mm Dunlop Primetone picks.
