Room 2 has less reflected sound.
Of course this may be because of several things other than the room itself ... mic placement, mic direction and distance from mic to guitar, a different mic or same mic set to different pick up pattern, mic and guitar's proximity to walls, how parallel walls are in each room (standing waves), height of ceilings, materials in room 2 that absorb sound better such as drapes, rug/carpeting/padding differences, furniture, exposed glass windows ... actually a zillion things.
