Personalized contour at the bottom of the fretboard. Glowing fretmarkers on the side of the neck. Extended headstock top if that's where you put your capo (will grab better). Pinless bridge (verdict still out if they're too fiddly to be worth it, but they look slick and some people like them better for palm muting).
You can add the little daddario tuner yourself. I like putting a pick holder in the side hole too.
