Just think how mush better Karaoke could be with a tonedexter like devise. You could punch in the Frank Sinatra preset, and sound like him plus be autotuned while you belt out New York New York.
On one level, these devices do horrify me, but like backing tracks, canned drums and all, it's not on a par with genocide.
