Yes. This is the same configuration used on some of the Shenandoah amps. The only limitation is that you don't have separate control of the levels when you use both inputs on a given channel, so you need to make sure that at least one of the signals can be controlled externally (like with most active pickup systems on acoustic-electric guitars). You set the on board gain using the fixed signal and then adjust the other as necessary to match. You also don't have separate EQ and etc. Works pretty well, although it's really the sort of thing I've only ever used in a pinch (on my Shen ProLT).
