A few weeks later I saw a HG75SEG-O and was captivated by its beauty. Tried it out to find that beauty was much more than just surface deep. Couldn't justify the purchase at that time. Now they're gone. Maybe it'll come back, like the D-1212E apparently has.
I did end up getting one of those Mitchell 12-strings though.
