A fair question. In my extensive experience here of the Agf, I've always been a proponent of under promising and over delivering. Having done business with several of my AGF buddies here, I've noticed their instruments are always as good, or better, than described.
I am very hesitant to call any used guitar "dead mint". After reading your question, I took the X 20 downstairs under the bright lights, looked at it from all sorts of angles and can find nothing that indicates even a tiny scratch.
That said, I'm still sticking with "near mint". Hope this helps. As I said in the original post, it is a stunningly beautiful guitar, and a stellar example of the instruments Emerald is turning out these days.
P.S. Pm replied to. Thanks for the inquiry.
