Which results in me calling SPRINT again and spending a lovely afternoon telling the whole story AGAIN. They transfer me to only to have them tell me, “It’s fixed now. You won’t have the problem any more.”
Won’t have this problem any more UNTIL NEXT MONTH is what they should say!
