Terada is still in business. They made many of the Epiphone Elitist series and continue to make the high end Gretsch modles.

As to value.. hard to say.. do you own it or are you considering buying it?

Here is how I would assess it if I were buying it.
1. Cosmetic condition
2. String height at the 12th fret and how much saddle is left.
3. Tone
4. Playability
5. Is the top solid
6. Are the backs and sides solid
7. Rosewood backs and sides or other

I would start by thinking $200 and anything negative will be at about $50 a
whack, anything positive would ad some arbitrary value.

The average 70's Japanese "factory" made guitar has limited value. I believe
that $200 would be fair as posted previously.

In looking at the photl again..
If the fingerboard is rosewood and not ebony, $150.
The wood on the back in the label shot looks like mahogany...this brings me down to $100.
