Probably just the speed needed to reach the chord from the prior chord is leading to inaccuracy.

As far as this barre you really just need the index finger to barre the first, second and sixth strings
cleanly. The index finger can be slightly ached to accomplish that much. Perhaps that will help.

Also it may help to look right at the seventh fret just before leaving the prior chord to help you land
your index finger in the best place.
