Just finished “Fall: or Dodge in Hell” by Neal Stephenson.
Trying to decide what I think of it. It’s not my favorite of his books. It’s definitely an interesting thought experiment about the possibility of saving brain states and being able to re-instantiate minds on hardware - but I’m not sure I agree with some of its premises. Well-written, though.
