To get a dropbox image to embed properly, you need change the "0" to a "1" at the very end of your public URL (your first image, above).
Here's the original public URL you provided:

And here's the URL you need to place between the IMG tags:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/69xdzmddrz..._0937.JPG?dl=1
