Custom Kraft was a brand owed by St. Louis Music in the 1960's. They had guitars made by the usual suspects - mostly Valco and Kay. Based on the segmented F-holes on your guitar I suspect it is a Kay. Value is probably in the $200 - $400 range, it probably dates from 1960 - 1963. Some online resources suggest that Kay was making Custom Kraft earlier than 1960, even to the 1940's. They also made Kay Kraft guitars in the 1930's with unique two-pointed body and a neat adjustable bolt-on neck.
