I get the impression that Kramster keeps an Open Door policy at his home when it comes to showing off his carbon fiber guitars. I live in the woods so I'd probably arrange to meet PCs at a more public location, like the public library which has available meeting rooms. For anyone who uses Craigslist frequently, that's an easy detail to work out.
The largest part of the equation in my mind would be to tweak whatever customer database/spreadsheet you maintain to include possibly new data fields and have one of your office staff responsible for the extra moving parts.
