I am thinking the first three frets may need to be dressed a tad more, or the nut may be cut ever so slightly to deep for the D and G string. Easy fixes either way.

I put a new Bone saddle on today and the issue is gone. I took the action down a touch and no buzz. The action was super high so maybe the lower action helped somehow.
