The diatonic 7th chord a third above F#mM7 is Amaj7#5...In both harmonic minor and melodic minor (ascending ...or jazz minor).

Anyway, take away the F#and the notes left from your F#mM7, A-C#-E#, spell an A+. So, the first chord contains the second.
