I was fortunate enough to travel to the UK in the summer of 2015 and was amazed at how cold Scotland was! Granted, it is probably easier to warm up than cool off indoors but I really was startled at how cold it was.
While I think I could get used to it and come to enjoy living there, I don't think you would like visiting me in Las Vegas in July. It is not uncommon for our temps to hit 115 (46.1 C) during the day (but it's a dry heat
