*** Btw as a member of the Tak forum too, I was told that the Triax has some frequency mods compared to the M80 as it's designed to work as a second source with the Cooltube or CT4DX preamps. Don't know in what way, but I have plugged my M80 into the Cooltube on my Tak and it worked fine...vanilla or chocolate?

From a distance a "black" pickup almost disappears. To me a bright ivory color jumps out so you hardly see the guitar. But sure, it's a matter of individual taste.
