Maybe I'm not understanding this app correctly, but from the demo mode of the app on my iPhone, it looks like the reverb and delay effects are the only effects available on FX1 and the modulation and doubling effects the only effects available on FX2. So there is no way to put reverb on FX1 and delay on FX2.
