I am very interested in "how" you became clean and sober from Facebook. Did you actually deactivate your account or just got rid of the app and the messenger app and let the chips fall where they may? I have read up on actually deleting a facebook account and it is not the easiest thing going, especially for a non-techno geek like me. thanks
