I finally got an accepted offer. Woohoo!!! I ended up buying a used National NRP 12 fret from a dealer out in Seattle. I was a bit nervous with the temperatures WI was having, thinking the neck would crack like a drying log during shipping (given the sub zero temps) but all was well and good.
