Default Matsuda M1 Cutaway in Brazilian Rosewood & Italian Spruce - Pre-Owned - £16,950

Matsuda M1 Cutaway Acoustic Guitar, Brazilian Rosewood & Italian Spruce - Pre-Owned - £16,950

This is an absolutely outrageous pre-owned Matsuda M1 Cutaway in Brazilian Rosewood & Italian Spruce. As with all of Michi Matsuda's instruments, his eye for design is simple, elegant with a touch of flamboyance, and this guitar is no exception. The Wengé and spalted Maple rosette matched with spalted Maple inlays at the upper bout by the Florentine cutaway make it undoubtedly a Matsuda.

As with all of Michi's guitars from the moment you pick them up, you are sent into the clouds, shimmering sweet trebles and lush thick overtones just keep you wanting more. Built in a jaw-dropping set of Brazilian Rosewood (one of the finest sets we saw last year) and paired with a light and smooth Italian Spruce make this a beautifully balanced instrument.

This M1 was originally owned by luthier Jason Kostal in his personal collection and is, of course, in museum like condition.

Perfect for the finger style player but will also take a flat pick beautifully and sits with vocals very well.

£16,950 (no VAT) with free global shipping.
