Wow, that is a beautiful guitar!
For reference, I own about a 3-year-old Collings OM1ADD -- an OM1 with an adi top and a dread-depth, mahogany body. It really is a terrific guitar -- very clear voice but increased depth compared to a standard OM1A because of the deep body. The deep body seems to slightly fatten up the trebles as well as add bass on the lower end of the spectrum.
But I have to say, my OM1ADD is fairly plain compared to this beauty you show here! Dang! That looks terrific! I am not surprised that it sold so quickly. Wise move, getting a twin coming ASAP...
