I don't know these particular models, but I've played a number of different $300 - $500 Yamaha steel string guitars and have been surprised by how nice they were. Very satisfying guitars to play, regardless of price. I don't know whether they are all like this, but some, at least, certainly seem to be very nice. (On the other hand, personally, I have not liked the inexpensive Yamaha classical guitars I've played).
