I had the recorder laying down on my desk with the mics hanging out over the edge. I had the guitar about 1 1/2 feet away. There is a little static at the start, not sure what it is from. Nice job! I have the same Tascam recorder and I love mine! I've recorded an entire violin recital and then broke the student's performances into separate tracks and then mastered them using Apple's Logic Pro. I was able to give the students there own performance and sounded as if you were there.
