You've already gotten good advice as to what to do while the AC is off. But just to state the maybe forgotten or not so obvious, be careful when reacclimating your guitars when the AC is turned back on. If you need to access it immediately after rehabitation you might want to store it with a neighbor to keep the instrument's environment more constant.
